I’ve been using prodirectsport.com for a while now, and my account has been reliable overall. Logging in, checking my order history, saved details. All that works like you’d expect. There was one time it took a while to load, but it wasn’t a big deal. Giving it 4 stars because it’s good. Just not perfect...

"kind of a frustrating shopping Experience"
I tried using the site for about 20 minutes, but the pages kept freezing on me. Every time I set filters, they’d reset again, which got old really fast. Checkout was also weirdly confusing, so I just gave up in the end

"Preorder Took a Bit Longer Than I Expected"
I preordered a pair of boots a few weeks ago, and placing the order was straightforward. The site was easy enough to use, but after the first week or so, I started wondering what was going on because the updates weren’t very clear. I ended up checking the order status myself a couple of times instead of getting useful updates along the way. The boots did finally arrive, and they were in good shape, so overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I just think the preorder communication could be a lot better.

I had an issue with my boots after only a few weeks, so I submitted a warranty claim with Pro:Direct Sport. To be fair, they did get it sorted in the end, but the whole process felt slower than it needed to be. Replies took a while, and I had to chase for updates instead of being kept in the loop. If something goes wrong that quickly, I think the company should take a bit more ownership and make the process easier for the customer. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement. 3 stars feels fair

"Absolutely Not What I Expected"
When the boots arrived, I felt my heart sink a little. They looked way cheaper in person, and the stitching was a total mess. I’m not even fully convinced they were legit, which is wild. I expected so much better and definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Trying to return something was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I felt like I was stuck dealing with automated menus and generic responses instead of an actual person who could help. The whole process dragged on and made a simple return feel like a total joke.

I found a few items on the site and thought the prices were reasonable at first. But once I got to the shipping part, I was a bit put off. There weren’t many delivery options to choose from, and even the cheaper one felt pricey for what I was ordering. The checkout itself was simple and quick, but I do wish they offered better postage choices.

"Teamwear order was fine, just took a while"
We ordered a bulk team kit and it did arrive in the end, but it was slower than I expected. A few of the sizes were mixed up too, which was a bit annoying. To be fair, they did get it sorted, and from the tone of the messages I got, it seemed like they were busy rather than not caring. Overall it was okay, just not the smoothest order.

My order showed up nicely packaged with no dents, damage, or mess. The boots were in perfect condition and looked just like I expected. I’m really happy with the purchase and have no complaints at all.

I signed up for the membership thinking it would actually come with some decent perks, but it barely feels like anything changed. I was expecting at least a little value for sticking with the site, but it just didn’t really happen.
The points take forever to add up, and when I finally tried to use them, the discount was so small it was almost laughable. Then there were all these rules and limits on what they could be used for, which felt ridiculous. It doesn’t feel like much of a reward if it barely applies to the stuff you actually want.
I also reached out to customer service and got what sounded like a copy-paste response, which didn’t help. I’ve ordered from the site a few times, so I expected better. Overall, the membership benefits just aren’t worth going out of your way for.

I’m not sure if it was just a glitch on my end or what, but the checkout froze right after my payment was taken. I waited a bit hoping it would update, but nothing happened. Kind of stressful because I wasn’t sure if my order actually went through or not.

The order did show up fine in the end. No issues with the actual item or packaging. But the tracking just sat there for days with no update, which was kind of frustrating. I ended up having to reach out to ask what was going on. Support did reply eventually, but the answer wasn’t super clear, so I was still left guessing a bit. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish the communication had been better

"Personalisation came out really disappointing"
I ordered a pair of boots and paid extra to have a name added, but when they arrived the personalisation looked wonky and cheap. I even checked my receipt and confirmation emails to make sure I’d selected everything correctly, and I had. The order took quite a while to arrive too, and when I contacted support, the replies felt really generic and not very helpful. i wouldn’t bother paying extra for the personalisation again — it just felt rushed.

Prices are a bit hit or miss honestly... some of the boots I looked at were cheaper than other sites, which was nice, but once you factor in delivery and returns it doesn’t always feel like much of a bargain. Not a bad experience overall, I just wish the deals were more consistent

I ordered a pair of boots and thought everything was fine, then later they told me they were out of stock. It was frustrating because I’d already placed the order, and instead of it feeling like their mistake to fix, it kind of felt like they made it my problem. Not a great experience.

I ordered these after reading through the sizing advice twice, and the fit ended up being pretty much right. The boots themselves are good — comfortable enough, and the stitching around the ankle looks neat, which I always notice. Delivery took longer than I was expecting, though, and the returns info felt a little muddled, especially the small print about labels. Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of okay.
